This automatic rotary square container foil sealer is a highly customized equipment. In response to the client’s request to use their own indexing conveyor,our team came up with this design so that the start and stop of this machine does not affect the continuity of the conveyor. With dual sealing heads, the speed of this machine catches up that of a four heads linear type sealer.

Working stations of rotary two heads foil sealing machine:

Film Control system
A motorized system unwinds the sealing film under the cutting/sealing plate. The film guide rods have side O-rings to prevent film drift during operation.
Extra guides ensure a very high seal success rate. An optical sensor provides self-calibration of film advancement with every seal.
After cutting, the excess film is automatically wound to be discarded or recycled later.

Sealing/cutting station

The film is heat-sealed onto the trays and die-cut around the tray perimeter. Timing and temperature are fully controllable through the digital control panel.

SAFETY FEATURES
There are no gears or chains in the machine which could pinch fingers or clothing. A patented front safety panel
avoids accidental hand insertion or improper container placement. This machine is also equipped with side safety panels to prevent against finger insertions.

Notice before running the sealer:

1.Installing location: horizontal position, no vibration
2.The shell of the equipment must be connected to safe and reliable protecting ground-wire
3.Keep away from or block Large disturbance
4.When application in food packaging ,machine must been working in sterility and dust-free environment .
5.Do not strike or weigh heavily.
6.Check the screws in each part of the machine are loose or not before and after operating the machine
7.Lubricating oil should be added to the moving part after operation;
8.The power supply of the machine must be cut off when repairing and cleaning the machine.
9.When the electrical part break down,try to consult our professional engineers and not allow to repaired by unprofessional person
10.During machine working time,not allow any body parts to get close to each rotation position of the machine.
11.When using air compressor,we have to make sure the air source keep in stable condition,no lower than 0.5Mpa.Besides, a dryer must be used to ensure that the air source into the cylinder is kept dry to provide service life.
