A,Work flow of paint roller packaging line
The 1st sensor detects roller, positioning, cap feeding,pressing cap on the right side of roller;
The 2nd sensor detects roller with one cap, positioning, cap feeding,pressing cap on the left side of roller;
Capped roller enters the film sealing machine, heatint shrinking tunnel.
Sealed product is pushed into chain convery belt by the air cylinder.
3rd sensor detects the roller and labeling.
Product discharge after labeling.
