The model YX-HS50 hot melt sealing machine is the newly-developed mechanical equipment.The sealing machine is characteristic with the advantage of quick sealing and easy dryness. The boxes after sealing is final eco-product.
The Working principle of sealing machine:Model YX-HS50 semi automatic hot melt sealing machine adopts the automated electric-controlled system. The principle is illustrated as follow: Put the boxes into the working plate in tininess and uniform motion.The machine will receive the signal from the left and right cylinder when the boxes touch the microswitch or the similar switch(the switch designed according to the specified product),raising the glue nozzles and dotting the glue on the folding tongue from each side.This is the action for hot melt glue dotting. Afterwards the cylinder under the boxes starts to move and jack-up the boxes which touch the action switch in either the left or right side,then the cylinder pushes the product after receiving the signal,comes into action dragging the boxes into the hinder supporting plate .This is the whole process for finishing the sealing of single box .
Hot melt packaging became mainstream in the 1960's. Hot melt adhesive is the most common method in the packaging industry. It is generally used for carton closing, sealing and pallet stabilization.
During the 1960's hot melt became widespread in packaging & converting applications. The major benefit of using hot melt was the adhesion was greater than water based adhesives. Hot melt also was superior to water based adhesives because of it's shorter set time, water resistance, and allowed for packaging lines/space to be reduced. The next major advancement to adhesives in the packaging industry came in the 1980's with the development of PUR hot melts. PUR has stronger adhesion and ages better than the tradition hot melts.
Hot melt adhesives can bond small detailed cartons to heavy duty wraparound cases. It's perfect for bonding all types of packaging because the variety of formulas available make fitting every application need easy. Hot melt not only has a high heat resistance, but there are also formulas that can withstand temperatures as low as -40 degrees C and humid environments. Packaging comes in a wide array of materials, but even that does not effect the use of hot melt as it can firmly adhere to all types of paper, board and plastics along with various other substrates. Hot melt products are available in bulk making it cost effective.

Ⅲ.(procedure and operation method of electric switches)
1. Turn on the power switch。
2. Set temperature for glue on the panel.175°in summer，220°in winte(If the temperature preset the stop can be omitted)
3. Turn on the left and right heat switch.
4. Waiting for the glue heating.
5. Until the hotmelt glue temperature hits the preset point,turn on the glue ,start to dot the glue raise and push the switches.

Ⅴ.Adjustment &lubrication of mechanical parts:
Rotate the handwheel9(see figure 1),then the sliding plate that can adjust the lifting gear so that the length of boxes can be done synchronously .Loose the lateral handwheel then the width of boxes can be adjusted relatedly; Rotating the supporting nut then the height and level of working platform can be adjusted.The rod nut should be lubricated by butter oil every half year.
