Instruction

1. The power indicator (the red indicating light): the red indicating light is on indicating that the equipment is power on and vice versa

2. The operation indicator (the green indicating light): the green indicating light in on indicating that the equipment is in operation and vice versa

3.The emergency stop: in case of emergency, press this button and the equipment stops at once, any other switches do not function, if you want to cancel, turn the button crosswise and it will pop up automatically with the functions recovered

4. Operation/on (the green button): press this button and the equipment will start to operate

5.Operation/off (the red button): press this button and the equipment will stop operation

Inching (the yellow button): this switch is mainly used for debugging the equipment, the equipment will operate when pressing the button and vice versa

The Principle of the Equipment and the Installation Method

1.The principle of the dynamic design of the equipment

    This equipment adopts the Y190S-4 asynchronous motor of two-value electrical capacity, with the power of the motor to be 1.1KW and the rotating speed to be 1400r/min. The triangular belt wheel, the toothed wheel, the turbine and other link gear reduces its speed to be 40r/min, the turbine rotates a circle under the effect of the lifting cam to complete a process up and down, at the same time it respectively drives the first and the second rolling and sealing wheels to coordinate with the cam under the speed difference of the two groups of toothed wheels, to complete the whole process of the roll sealing of one can.

2. The principle of the sealing design of the equipment
This equipment adopts the principle of double seam double seaming, utilizing the procedure of the occlusion, folding and depression of the cover side and the can side, to achieve the effect of sealing. The steps are as follows:

(1) Place the can cap on top of the can to make the can edge jogged to the opening at the internal side of the can cap edge.

(2) Utilize the pressure of the lifter to lift the can body and make the can cap jogged to the dog.

(3) The first roll envelops the cap edge inwards, with the one side rotating around the cap edge and the other side exerting a pressure to the axis.

(4) After the first roll completes the operation, the second roll continues to press tight the first rounded seam formed from the first roll into the second rounded seam, the roll sealing is completed.

(5) The lifter is upside down, and the dog is pressed downwards to exit the empty can.

3. The principle of the automatic cover lowering

    This equipment is equipped with the automatic photo eye inspection equipment, after the can reaches the position, the photo eye sends the inspection signal to the master control circuit, which sends the relevant signals in accordance with the design to the cover lowering equipment to control relevant actions, so as to perform the automatic cover lowering function.
