capping machine linear capper model YX-AC60; Last Decemeber we finished all the machine and kept them ready in our stock .
Three month later our customer called us for the pickup of these machine in
our factory and shipped them to LA port . We soon wooden case the machines and cleaned all the machines before loading them into one 40ft container .

Application

The liquid detergent homogenizing blending tank is mainly applicable for formulation of the liquid detergent such as dishwashing liquid, shampoo, body wash etc.) The blending tank combines blending, dispersing, heating, cooling, pump discharging and defoaming (optional) etc. into one, making it the ideal equipment for manufacturers to formulate liquid detergent.

Adopts stainless steel material, the machine is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. With compact structure design, it takes up small floor space.

Plastic (composite) soft tube filling sealing machine is mainly used in a transmission principle. Using slot wheel drive with a fixture of the rotary table by intermittent movement, complete interior and exterior heating, automatic filling and sealing, pressure code, trimming, finished product exit and a series of functions. Filling accurate measurement, stable heating time, adjustable, sealing beautiful, neat appearance, strong and health. Trimming is flat and level. The principle of  microwave drying

Installation: after the machine arrive your factory,if you need,our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and also training your worker to operating the machine (The time of train depend on you worker). The expenses (air ticket ,food , hotel,the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account and you need paid for the technician USD50 per day. also you can go to our factory to do training.

After service: If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account.(as above).
