This metal tubes filling sealing machine can automatically feed tube,orientate eye marks and its used for filling cream(paste)-like material into plastic tube or plastic-aluminium laminated tube and then sealing them,pressing date or product numbers on the end in daily cosmetic,medicine and food industries.

A high efficient heater and a stable flow meter inported from Germany are applied.They provide a reliable thermi-air heating system,which makes the seal firm in a high efficiency.The filling heads in different specifications are for materials in different thickness.

Working process

Manually put the metal tubes(max. 16 tubes) into the tube-holding base. Change angular potion of each tube by means of mechanical transmission. Photoelectric device is used to detect the position of tube and if there is any tube in right position, then filling system starts to fill the tube with fixed quantity. The tube is sealed by cam, which is steady, safe and with no air leaving. It can also achieve number/batch printed on the end, finally the tube is ejected.
