Working principle of 5 gallon water line:

When the lid is removed, the barrel will be automatically introduced into the washing and rinsing machine under the push of the barrel. The profiled brush wheel of the washing and rinsing machine outside the barrel drives the empty barrel to rotate continuously, causing relative movement with the brushes on the bottom of the barrel, the barrel body, and the neck of the barrel. During the scrubbing action, after a few seconds of scrubbing (the time is adjustable), the empty barrel in the machine continues to move forward, sprayed with clean water through the cleaning channel, and then enters the conveyor track.

As for 3 gallon, 5 gallon and 6 gallon bottle water. Automatic removed cap, automatic brush washing the outside and inside of the bottle, automatic loading the bottle. The whole process of washing bottle, filling water, sleeve cap and pressure the cap in a closed tunnel, effectively prevent secondary pollution.

All parts contacting water are made of 304L stainless steel, with ozone-resistance and in compliance with food-grade standards. Nozzles are inserted to rinse the bottles thoroughly.Fast cycle system is adopted for heated alkali rinsing, drastically decreasing electricity consumption.Controlled by PLC, it is fully automatic.
