Manual on How to Run Communion Cups Machine

1. Before power up the mixer, please remember to fill the interlayer/jacket with water. Kindly note the mixer is also made 220V 3 phase.

Connect the mixer to the auto pump feeding system through the valve underneath.

This whole machine will come as a whole.
2. First to power up the machine, to connect the machine to the 3 phase power in your facility(Kindly note this machine is made 220V 3phase, not 208V)

3. Connect it to the air source
 
For water inlet, if there is no water cooling machine, you can get it connected to a tap water pipe, just in case the temperature is getting too high during the production.

4. Turn on the touch panel for the material filling system. Tap on Auto Start to go to Automatic mode. Enable liquid filling and bread feeding options.

- Go to the main touch screen for the whole machine, below is the initial screen after startup.
 
- To run the machine, please tap on “Liquid Filling”, till the liquid in the cups moves to the bread feeding station, then enable “Bread feeding”

Matters Needing Attention

1. The parameters are well set up before the machine leaves the factory. No need to do the adjustments.
- Below is the place where you can adjust the filling volume.

2.  In case the first three cups are not well formed, you can dis-enable the liquid feeling when the cups move to the liquid filling station.  

3. Make sure this part is part is closed when the machine stops running, so you won’t loose the position where the machine is running properly.
 
4. Please don’t change the position of this part!!! Otherwise we will loose the whole position of this machine. You might have difficulty to locate the home point.
 
5. When we need to check or pause/stop the machine in production, we need to push the red button to stop the machine and dis-enable the Heating 1 and Heating 2 as well.
