Security matters
Please confirm the power supply voltage (AC220V), air pressure 4-6kgf, and the external power supply must have reliable grounding before the 2.1 power supply.
2.2 do not block the cooling hole of the chassis.

Operation description
3.1 installation:
3.1.1 moves the device to the required installation position.
3.1.2 trampled the universal wheel brake and fixed the universal wheel to make it smooth.
3.1.3 Label baffle plate: when installing, we must fix the "screw hole of the disk fixing block" to the "material shaft hole", and screw the M6 screw through the screw hole of the material fixing block and lock it into the axle hole of the material tray.

3.2.1 important parts.
A. output: capacity count, press "output zero" key to zero;
B. current position: the real-time position distance display of the sliding mode of the label transmission module, the unit mm;
The operation mode of C. is "automatic" and "foot tread" two kinds.
3.2.3 user parameters.
A. standard board speed: the speed of the indicator board operation, adjusted according to 0-100%.
B. mark speed: refers to the speed of the label stripped from the stripper plate, adjusted by 0-100%.
C. bottom paper width: the width of the label paper, unit mm.
D. wire diameter: single wire diameter input, flat wire or multi wire input directly to fight double thickness, mm.
E. mark length: control the length of the label from the stripper plate, unit mm.
F. forward: press the "forward" key, the tag drive module will slide forward, this function can adjust the distance of the target position.
G. back: press the "back" key, the tag drive module will slide back to the rear, this function can be debugged the distance of the position of the labeling point.
H. fit: press the "fit" key, the straight air plate clamp cylinder and the wiring harness placing module will move the upper and lower moving cylinders. This function can debug the distance between the wiring harness and the vacuum plate clamping.
I. reset: turn the header back to zero after the reset button.
J. electricity: after the replacement of the different specifications of the label base paper, long press the electrical keys to allow the system to automatically learn labels and bottom paper penetration.
3.3 operation method:
3.3.1 tag is installed, and the label is installed as below to the stripper module.
3.3.2 boot
Turn the power switch clockwise and turn on the power. Press the stop key and rotate clockwise.
3.3.3_ switching and adjusting machine
3.3.3.1 according to the diameter of the wire, the adjustment, the connection seat, the distance between the plates, such as the following figure
