YX-DPB250 blister packing machine is a new product designed for industry of hospital, medium-size and small-size pharmaceutical plant, health care product plant, such us capsules, tablets, penicillin bottle, ampoule, oral liquid, candy and so on. It has small size of body, easy operation, long durability and much performance. Its function has reached domestic leading level.

How to debug the blister packing machine:

1.Turn on the power,keep pressing the inching switch button to check if the machine be in a good station;
Check the air&water connection part confirming there is no leakage and blocking in the pipes. Adjust the pressure valve
and keep the air pressure at the range of 0.4MPa-0.6Mpa.
2.Turn on the traction switch,seperate the air clamp; Put the PVC roll on the support,then wind the film through the part
related according to the working diagram printed on the Machine;
3.turn on the traction switch,sucessively press the button for forming plate,upper&lower heating plate and heating sealing plate;

Set the temperature of heating plate at about 100º while the heat sealing plate at about 150º.
The frequency of debugging machine is set at about 30HZ; When all the temperatures hit the setting value;

Lift the heat sealing cylinder to the upper point.Press the manual key to start the machine.Calibrate the Central position of PVC.
4.Check if the blister can fall accurately on the lower mould of heat-sealing &indentation after the  PVC film is formed and cutted

and passed through the heat sealing and indentation station. If there are some errors please adjust the heat-sealing position,

indentation position and Positioningrail.Return the moulds to the upper point after synchroneous aligning the blister with them.
5.Fix the aluminum roll.
Thread the foil and hold it with hand.Press the heat sealing lifting key and lower the heat sealing
cylinder.Press the manual key to sart the main motor after finishing adjusting the heat sealing pressure.
Check the sealing effect of the PVC and aluminum film.If there is the dislocation or error please adjust the heat sealing pressure

until the satisfatory sealing effect.Stop the machine and lift the heat sealing cylinder.Check the final blister; Adjust the blanking position until getting an

accurate blanked effect. Review the whole working process,check the printing/heat sealing/blanking/integrity and other effects.

Open the materials feeding gate after confirming every station is in a good state.  Turn on the switch for feeding materials to start the production.

How to change the mould for different size of product:

Step 1.Before changing the new mould it is neccessary to check if the new mould is clean or there is
foreign object. Press the manual key and set the mould to the bottom point.Pull out the forming air pipe and loose the ball nut.
Remove the upper binder plate and forming mould.Take off  the blinder plate from the upper forming mould,remove the upper forming mould;
Loosen the lower blind flange,take out the lower forming mould. Lift the heat sealing cylinder and take down the thermocouple and power cable of heating plate.
Loosen the uppler heating mould,remove the upper heating mould; Loosen the lower heating mould,remove the lower heating mould.

Step 2.Loosen the ball bolt of indentation cover,pull out the cooling tubes,remove the cover and upper indentation mould; Loosen the binder plate of

lower indentation mould,remove the lower indentation mould. Loosen the cover of upper indentation mould,remove the upper indentation mould.

Step3.Screw off the ball nuts*4 in the blanking cover and fastening bolts*2; Dismantle the blanking
cover; Remove the upper blanking mould. Screw off the fastening bolt of lower blanking mould,remove the lower blanking mould.
Screw off the tightening screws of steel printer,remove the steel character holder. Loosen the bolt,take out the steel letter and put on the new letters and mantle them on the fixing plate.

Step4.Aligned with the position box and load the new upper forming mould into the forming cover fixing the cover.Aligned with position box and load the new lower forming mould and fasten the binder plate.
Put the binder plate on the forming mould and attach them with the disc spring washer&ball nut. Lift the machine to the upper point, Pre-load the ball nut and insert the air tube; Fasten the tightening
nut after fix the ball nut in balance.

Step5.Aligned with the position box and mount  the lower heating mould,locking the binder plate;  Aligned with the position box and mount the upper heating mould; Lock the binder plate and connect
the thermocouple and power cable.Fix the ball nut in balance,adjust the pressure and lock the fastening nut.

Step6.Aligned with position box and put the new upper indentation mould on the binder plate,lock the binder plate. Aligned with position box and put the new lower indentation mould on the binder plate,

lock  the binder plate.Mount the binder plate and upper indentation mould,Fix the ball nut in balance,adjust the pressure and lock the fastening nut.Connected with the cooling tubes.Install the new lower blanking mould,calibrate the position laterally.
Lock the nut. Intall new lower blanking mould and the blanking binder plate.Screw on the ball nut balancedly and fix the upper mould bolt.

Step6.Adjust the rails according to the size of new moulds. Firstly loosen all the fastening bolt.Pre-load them after rough caliberation because it requires the slight adjustment in the following operation.Lock the guide rail,
So far the changing of mould is basically finished. Now start to debug the whole machine.

►debug the machine slowly making the machine to the upper point,screw on the ball nuts on every station in turn.

Switch on the heat sealer and heat plate.Open the back box,adjust the traction stroke leaving the slitter edge  of PVC Sheet at about 1MM. Press the inching switch and set the machine to the upper point when the
temperatures hit the setting value.Check if there is the air leakage in the forming part. If there is the air leakage loosen the fastening nut under the forming binder plate. Adjust the pressure by mean of adjusting the
ball nut. The pressure should be just as high as the one just stopping the air leakage.Press the inching button forming the PVC into blister according to which the raails are adjusted.
The position of railsand blister should follow the instruction of diagram.

Press the inching button to make the machine on the upper point,observe the position of PVC film and blister. If the position between both is not synchroneous,open the back box,move forming station by shaking the
handle to let both be indentical;It is as well feasible to move the heating mould to solve the unmatched problem. After matching the film and blister,thread the aluminum film through the heat sealing station,

lower the  heat sealing cylinder,adjust the heat sealing pressure by screwing ball nut. Press the heat sealing key to observe the heat sealing effect.Do some slight adjustment in correspondance with the actual condition.

Lock the nuts  after finishing adjustments.

Adjust the front and rear deviation by means of shaking the handle to move the station; Loosen the blanking binder plate and fastening screw of lower mould. Adjust the right and left postion. Tighten
the binder plate after getting the accurate postion. Notice: The traction position cylinder must keep retracted when moving the blanking position. Or else it will result in bubbles in the blister.

Check if every station runs smoothly,all the fastening nuts are tightening and whole machine is in a stable state. If every part is okay lock the fixing handle for every station.
So far all the prosses and tips about how to change the mould are completed!
