This flow wrapping machine for syringe with automatic feeding system model YX-SP350 is designed to unitize product packs as well as to individually package piece products in three seal bags ("Flow Pack").

Suitable for non shape ( irregular ) products as well as normal product. Film go from bottom , a provision to operate with a photo sensor that reads photo marks on a packaging film,feed film to the collar shape bag former from underneath.

Flow wrapping is a horizontal packaging process in which product enters the machinery and is wrapped in clear or printed film. The result is a tightly fitted flexible package with a horizontal back seal and top/bottom vertical seal.
From flow packing cookies, chocolate bars, confections and vegetables to wrapping soap bars, coffee pods, medical items and hardware, we have a solution for every application.

The machine design makes it possible to package products having various shapes: parallelepiped, cube, cylinder, truncated cone and more complex bodies. Bags are made of heat sealed film in reels. Machine cover is milk white color , product contact part is stainless steel .

Individual spoon, fork, knives, also suit for packing spoon ,fork, knife , napkin , toothpick ,etc all in one pack.

Guarantee: for all the machine, it claims three years for guarantee.(Excluded from the warranty are problems due to accidents, misuse , misapplication, storage damage, negligence, or modification to the Equipment or its components. ALSO THE EASY BROKEN SPARE PART IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE GUARANTEE)
Installation: after the machine arrive your factory,if you need,our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and also training your worker to operating the machine (The time of train depend on you worker). The expenses (air ticket ,food , hotel,the travelling fee on your country) should be borne by the buyer and you need paid for the technician USD50 per day. also you can go to our factory to do training.
After-sale service: If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be borne by the buyer;
