The air washing machine can be used to clean the interior of various plastic bottles, glass bottles and hoses in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. The trial range is wide, without changing the mold. The machine uses clean compressed air to clean the plastic bottle. The cleaned air is sucked away from the other port. Working principle of air washing machine:

Connect the clean air pipeline of the air compressor, turn on the air supply slide switch to adjust the air pressure to 4-6kg/cm2; turn on the power switch, the vacuum generator starts to run; press the bottle to be cleaned against the working arm and press it down slightly At this time, the cleaning nozzle will open the clean air solenoid valve to automatically spray clean air and inhale into the bottle, wait until the set time to blow and stop working, manually pick up the cleaned bottle; cycle this operation.
