Our new customers from Pakistan(South Asia) placed another order on two(2*) pcs of machines: Model YX-SL05 Automatic screw locking machine 5-axis, with turntable and robot Servo motor
For all the machines purchased it is clear to confirm all the information on the products so we often ask our customers to freight the samples to test and commission the machines in order that the machines and customer's products gains the best compatibility and adaptability.
After getting the confirmation &samples of the product in sizes and drawing for manufacturing the rotary screw driving machines
we spent only 17 working days finishing everything and made the machines ready after testing them in a satisfactory feedback.
Recently our customers sent us the positive commentar on the machines which keep running very well in their factory ever since the machines arrived their factory.
The machines was shipped via dhl courier to their UAE office. The documentaries certificated with ISO&CO&CE together with other files necessory are sent via DHL to customer for assisting customers to clear the custom.

1. PENGLAI multi-axis automatic locking screw machines all use well-known brand cylinders, linear guides, PLC, HMI human-machine interface, solenoid valves, servo screwdrivers (electric screwdrivers, pneumatic screwdrivers), etc. to form the locking mechanism and system. The equipment is durable. Strong and high locking reliability.
2. The screw feeder adopts the latest material distribution structure, which has low noise, high screw feeding reliability, and self-returning of jammed materials.
Maintenance-free screws are provided.
3. Different screw supply methods can be formulated according to different screws.
4. Non-standardized equipment can be customized according to different products to meet customer lock payment requirements.
5. The equipment control adopts PLC+HMI human-machine interface, which is intuitive to operate and extremely convenient for later modification and maintenance.

Note: The rated power refers to the maximum power when the servo is stalled at full torque and not disconnected in time, and the actual power will not be so large in daily use.

1. If there are safety signs and instructions, please operate the equipment strictly in accordance with the instructions.
2. Operators are prohibited from using foot switches and must use both hands to start the equipment.
3. When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to put any part of the body within the range of the equipment table.
4. When manually debugging the equipment, please keep your hands away before operating the actuator.
6. Equipment inspection before work
1. Is the air source normal?
2. Is the nail feeding machine normal?
3. Are there any screws in the feeding pipe?
4. Are there any screws in the batch mouth?
5. Whether each I/O point is normal.
6. Whether the actuator is operating normally.

1. The system cannot start: Check the startup condition input circuit and external hardware; the startup conditions are as follows: automatic mode, the start button indicator light is off, and the robot arm lifting cylinder must be in the upper position when the robot arm is exactly in the safe position and there is a signal at the input point , no alarm occurs in the system, the system reset is completed, all servos are not disabled, there is no signal in the turntable stop detection, there is a signal on the magnetic ring on the lock lift cylinder, and the start button is pressed. (When the system fails to start, a corresponding conditional alarm message will pop up)
2. The turntable does not rotate after the system starts: Check whether the turntable motor rotates. If it does not rotate, use a multimeter AC750 gear to measure whether there is AC220V voltage in the turntable drive motor control power supply circuit. If so, check whether the motor brake is on.
Open, detect the motor control relay.
3. Do not lock the product after the turntable is in place: Check the product in-position detection sensor and input line.
4. The locked lifting cylinder cannot move up and down: first check whether the corresponding output point is output, check the control solenoid valve and output circuit, and check the air source.
5. The servo batch does not start during the descent process after the system is started: first check whether the servo batch output point is output, check whether the magnetic ring in the lifting cylinder is normal and the magnetic ring input line, and check the servo control output line.
6. Screws are not fed after locking is completed: Check whether the screws are stuck in the nail feeding machine and whether the power supply of the nail feeding machine is normal.
7. The unloading arm does not work: Check whether the unloading function is enabled in the system settings-basic parameters.
8. The unloading arm cannot rise after grabbing the product: check whether it is stuck with the fixture after clamping the product, then check whether the rising output point of the lifting cylinder of the robotic arm is output, check the control solenoid valve and output circuit, and check the air source.
9. The lifting cylinder of the unloading arm cannot lift: first check whether the corresponding output point is output, check the control solenoid valve and output circuit, and check the air source.
10. The fingers of the unloading arm cannot move: first check whether the corresponding output point is output, check the control solenoid valve and output circuit, and check the air source.
11. If the unloading arm reaches the loading position and does not release the product: check whether the finger cylinder operates normally.
Tip: When an abnormality occurs in the system, the corresponding alarm information will pop up, and the fault can be handled based on the information.

1. After the work is completed, the power and air source should be turned off, and the dust on the equipment should be cleaned and fallen screws and other objects should be cleaned.
2. Add anti-rust lubricating oil (T32#) to each execution structure regularly, once a month is recommended.
3. Regularly check whether all fastening screws on the equipment are loose.
4. When the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be maintained once and wrapped with stretch film and placed in a dry environment.
