How to run the machine in a safe way:

1.Check if there be the foreign objetct around or on the machine;

2.Never touch the machine with any part of your body including hand head or clothes during running the machine;

3.Never put your hands or toolings into the sealing knife when machine is in operation;

4.It is forbidden to switch the operation buttons from one to another; Never chang the parameter setting in random;

5.Never running the machine for more than 48hours in high speed;

6.Never allowing two operators to operate the machine at the same time; Turn off the power during maintenance of machine; When more than one person maintain the machine it is necessory to

Communicate and warn others before doing the important operation;

7.Let the electrician do the check and repair for the machine; The programm is locked lest the machine get the random change;

8.Any one untrained or ineligible to operate the machine is not permitted to run the packing machine; Never allow anyone in fatigue or drinking to operate the machine;

How to maintain the machine and clean the equipment:

1.Clean the residue in the pipe when stopping the machine; If necessory to clean the machine use the brush for complete cleaning; Keep the machine in dry and clear;

2.Check the parts of machine in a certain period; Keep the mechanical parts lubricative with the 20# lubricating oil;

3.Check the heating and sealing part to make sure there be no the foreign object; If there is the scale on the sealing and heating knife it will effect the thermal conductivity causing the higher temperature in the copper which

results in the failed sealing bags;

4.Cut off the power to solve the problem during running the machine;

5.The machine running circumstance below Zero must be heated to melt the ice inside the constant pump and pipes in case the joint handle of machine be broken;

6.The film thickness to match the machine should be 80micrometer . the roll of film should be controlled below 18KG(film inner diameter 320mm or less); The heat sealing temperature stays no more than 260;
