Working PrinciplePrinciple

Products will be put into sorting device by hand, then they are equidistant arranged to enter into the photoelectric sensing area by the blanking wheel, after
receiving the signal, the label roll driven by stepping motor will send out the label,and stick the label on the product body, another photoelectric sensor will limit the
sending of the next label on time. W hen the bottles are sent continuously , the labels are sent out one by one, and label on the bottle body correctly , after stick the labels on
the bottle body, the label rolling belt will press the label and ensure the labels stick on,the bottle tightly and smoothly, then the bottles will be automatic output, the labeling process is finished.

Operation Procedure
❖ Fix the label roll on the machine according to the graphical representation , adjust the height of each
❖ Check if all the position of the labels are correct.
❖ Adjust the feeding tunnel
❖ Connect the power switch, turn on the optoelectronic switch.
❖ Click the auto run key, test labeling, if there are any abnormal, get rid of them.
❖ Adjust the labeling height.
❖ Ensure no faults, then operating the machine normally
❖ Power off.
