Our Regular customers from Kazakhstan (Saudi Abaria) placed another order on two(2*) pcs of machines: one is filling pneumatic tabletop model YX-LC05-1000; the other round bottles labeling machine simple type Model YX-50A.
For all the machines purchased it is clear to confirm all the information on the products so we often ask our customers to freight the samples to test and commission the machines in order that the machines and customer's products gains the best compatibility and adaptability.
After getting the confirmation &samples of the product in sizes and drawing for manufacturing the filling+capping machines
we spent only 7 working days finishing everything and made the machines ready after testing them in a satisfactory feedback.

The Gravity Filler is ideal for filling thin liquids with consistent viscosity. Volumetric time gravity filling method produces repeatable and accurate fill volumes. The Gravity Filler is manufactured with a heavy duty 304 stainless steel, tig-welded tube frame and reservoir. It also features user friendly PLC controls and touch screen HMI panel. This filler is capable of accommodating from one head up to 16 heads, and utilizes a product level sensing float system for filling efficiency. Many more features and options are available for even more versatility and customization.

2.The main structure and performance:
2.1 Filling method: Use gear pump and pressure filling, high flowing rate, high working efficiency.
2.2 Control mode: Use electronic flow meter,PLC program control, touch screen or digital display, use them to set the filling volume directly.
2.3 Flow control mode: Use inverter to control the speed, action will be fast first and then become slow.

4.1 Container specifications adjustment
Put your container below the filling heads, and The head is aligned with the center of the container.
4.2 Filling heads position adjustment:
First let filling head dive down, loosen the fixed filling valve and bayonet screws, moving the filling head and bayonet, respectively, aimed at the container and let the filling head through aound the neck of the container, finally lock the filling head and fixed the Bayonet.
4.3 The photoelectric position of up and down to the bottleneck adjustment:
Generally, photoelectric sensor should be placed outside the scope of both filling heads,in case the filling materials pollute the photoelectric sensor.
When the photoelectric tube is adjusted, it is required to move the position of the photoelectric tube to the position of the first bottle outside the batch tank, and leave the filling head outside. Tube indicator light or off can be. To adjust the speed out of the barrel to count the photoelectric tube barrel to the bright, to the two barrels off the state, specifically by adjusting the distance between the photoelectric tube and the oil drum and the sensitivity of the photoelectric tube to meet the requirements.

4.4 Controller
5.Preparation before starting the machine
Before start the machine , First thing is to clean the space up. Start the air compressor and adjust the compressed air pressure to 5 kg / cm². ¢ 8 trachea tube  conected to the filling machine and compressed air, then connected to power.
5.1 Adjust the filling speed
According to the filling volume, adjust the size of the inlet valve to control the filling speed, in case causing any blistering.

6.Filling volume setting and adjustment
Turn on the control display, click to the manual page,then click to the parameter settings. According to the actual situation of different liquids,setting the filling volume for the 1-2 # filling head on the parameter setting page, while setting filling speed (the general filling speed is less than the filling volume,the gap is 300-600 ml).

7.Automatic filling
Switch to the Automatic running, clean up the production site, the machine will filling the material to the containers automatically. During the filling process,if there has a larger error in filling volume, you can bring up the corresponding data for adjusting the setting.

When the filling is about to finish,you can press the stop button at any time, filling will automatically stop.

Note: Filling material is not allowed to have pointed hard particles and agglomerates in order to avoid damaging the filling valve and clogging the grouting channel, resulting in dripping problem or filling volume is not accurate!

9.Installation & Maintenance

9.1 Installation:
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, spacious place, please check the filling machine rack, adjust the machine to an appropriate Height, steady, firm. Equipment should avoid sun and rain exposure, condensation and so on, or it will damage the precision of the electrical components, resulting in failure or electric shock and other personal injury accidents.

10. Equipment conditions:
(1) Power requirements:
Equipment requirements 380V50HZ three-phase AC four-wire power supply, Power: 2KW, before the power supply equipment, please install a three-phase power plug, when connect the wire to the plug, it must confirm that the external power supply N Line is properly connected to the machine "N" line contactor, or if the connection is wroing ,it may damage the device components, serious cases will cause damage to the program controller or personal shock injury.
  (2) As the electronic of the machine controls pneumatic system, requiring supply gas pressure is larger than 0.36 cubic meters / minute, the supply pressure should be 0.6Mpa (6kg / cm2)). When the power supply or gas supply pressure is small, will affect filling accuracy and speed of the equipment.

11. Maintenance
(1)Keep control box tidy.Ban using a damp cloth to wipe the inside and outside of the box components, so as to avoid short circuit damage to components or high voltage leakage to harm personal safety. If you find a dirty or sticky things, please wipe it by using dry rugs. But these operations are carried out after power turn off.

(2)For the touch button, only use a clean finger or soft pen to press the buttons, it is strictly prohibited with a hard object to press, or it will cause damage to the data accessor circuit!
(3),please regularly check the machine lubrication status, such as lack of oil, please add lubricating oil in time to avoid that the running temperature is too high and cause damage. The rotation of the sprocket should also be added the grease every month. For a long time without production, please do the good maintenance of the machine

(4)After finish production, check the machine and keep it tidy.
(5) When you want to replace the product or stop production for a long time, please use the cleaning solution to clean the machine. After all cleaning is complete, return the filling heads to the closed station. For a long time without production, keep the electrical control box dry and clean. All the injection valve group should be removed, re-add the oil, installed, and store it well.
