The heating jars sealing machine is customized with the oat jars for our USA customer who requires the machine operation speed at least in 4000cups per minute. We tested them for several times and confirmed the stable speed at about 4400pph.
The key point to keep the machine running stable and fast is up to the way to fix it during the sealing because the paper cans are suscepticable to deform and bend when positioning
by the holders for sealing. We adopt the screw feeder to fix the lower part of the jars as well as the arc parts to hold the upper part of the paper cans during sealing,which ensure the sealing process is smooth and fast.

Features of automatic jar sealing machine:
1.The cutting system driven by the servo system instead of the pneumatic system;

1. Clean the heal sealing head regularly (must do this after power
supply have been cut off and recover to normal temperature)
2. Regularly lubricating the heat sealing head shaft and other parts .
3. If need to clean the cut knife, should cut off the power supply firstly
and recover to normal temperature.

1. How to start the machine
First connect the machine to the transformer and have it connected to both the power and the air.
Switch on the power, tap on the “Heating Start” till all sealing heads are heated to the setting temperature.
Then press “Auto Start” for one second.
2. How to adjust the speed?
Generally speaking, there is no need to adjust the speed as it’s it’s already set up to over 4000
PCS per hour. If it’s necessary, then please try to adjust the three settings circled below.
3. Common issues which might occur during production
- Waste film breaking (there will be alarm reminders)
Get the breaking piece winded well on the waste reel, then power on the machine, and tap on
tap on the “Heating Start” till all sealing heads are heated to the setting temperature.
