Our Indonesian customer got the bid for government purchasing in the packaging machines. Before our customers got the bid we offered the detailed documentary to help our customers to sucessfully win
the tender. Finally our customer obtained the government purchasing contract and placed the order for 3pcs of packing machines like model YX-T20 outer bags packing and Model YX-T80 inner-outer bags bagging
equipment as well as model YX-240A granules packing machine;
We spent only 10days finishing manufacturing all the machines for our customer to catch up the contract time.
The machines now runs very well in the factories. before we shipped the machines to our customers we also send the CD and instruction videos to our customers for their to learn how to run the machines.

The basic description on the packing machines given as below:
►Model YX-T80 sleeved bags with thread &tags bagging packing machine
The tea bags filter filling sealing machine model YX-T80 applies to the non-returnable packaging of the inner and outer bag of small particulate matters such as tea, herbal tea, health tea grass-root type and so on.
Tea packaging machine features
a).Outer sealing paper is controlled by the stepper motor with stable bag length and accurate positioning;
b).The temperature controller is adjusted by PID to have more accurate temperature control;
c).Overall machine movement is controlled by PLC with human-machine interface display and easy operation;

►Use requirements on the environment and packaging materials:
Label paper requirements: Double-sided attached film with outer diameter not more than 250mm, frame inner diameter equal to 75mm, selected paper weight 75g/㎡ and the label size 25 * 25 (length X width mm).
a).Heat sealing type filtering cotton paper: flat external circle, outer diameter is more than or equal to 450mm, frame inner diameter is equal to 75mm.
b).Outer bag composite film requirements: can use the polypropylene, coated aluminum foil and nylon as base material, made of inner coating composite high-pressure polyethylene.
c).Cotton thread requirements: 4250meters / roll, 155mm / bag, can be made for about 27000 pieces/ roll; it is recommended to use four purified cotton threads.
d).This machine requires the use environment with little dust, the temperature of 10-40 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity of not more than 75%.

Before use, the 2-simethicone or sewing machine oil should be injected through the oil filling hole, as
shown in the pictures as the above. Air valve pressure can not be adjusted too big, generally within the scope of 2kg to 3kg. In
case it is too big, the clamping piece of the Y-type clamp will be damaged. According to the amount of inner
bag materials, the clamping distance of the clamping piece can be appropriately changed to prevent too much
materials and too much clamping force from breaking the clamping piece.
When the air pressure control button is clockwise rotated, the air pressure increases; when the air pressure control
button is counter-clockwise rotated, the air pressure decreases.
