The customized machines includes an easily accessible bag magazine to ensure every bag enters the machine square, an automatic zipper opening device, a bag shaker at the fill station for product leveling and an integrated exit conveyor.

We provide solutions to automatically open, fill and seal a wide variety of products.

Operation instruction:

 The initial password of the machine entering the parameter setting is
1111.
● Note:
1. The actual working environment shall be determined according to the
characteristics of packaging materials.
2. The output of single and double bags shall be based on the net weight of
packaging materials, that is, the heavier the filling weight of each bag, the slower the speed.

Installation, Electrical Wiring and Startup
1. Installation
1.1 Adequate space must be left around the machine to facilitate adjustment,
maintenance lubrication and repair operations when changing product specifications.
1.2 Adjusting the level of the machine can be adjusted with adjustable support feet, so that
the machine is basically level and supported on the ground, and the machine does not
shake.
2. Power supply wiring
2.1 This machine is electrically protected by phase loss and phase sequence. First,
confirm whether the voltage is consistent with the machine. After the power is turned
on, turn the main switch at the lower right side of the electric box to "ON", and the
indicator light will be on. It indicates that the input power voltage is correct and the
machine can be started normally. If the indicator light of the main switch is not on, the
input voltage is incorrect or the phase sequence is inconsistent. Check the input
power supply voltage or any two phase lines of three-phase power lines are
exchanged.
2.2 The motor's rotary direction whether is correct
The motor steering has been adjusted properly before leaving the factory. Please do
not change the motor steering at will, otherwise it will cause damage to the machine.
3. Trial packaging and operation
When the machine leaves the factory, it is generally debugged according to the
packaging materials provided by the user, so it can be operated according to the following
steps:
3.1 Turn the power selection button on the touch screen to "Automatic" and press the
prepared bag into the bag slot smoothly.
3.2 Turn on the switches required to operate in the touch screen.
3.3 Open the temperature controller and set the temperature of each sealing head on the
operation panel until the set temperature is reached. (The temperature value is
generally determined according to the user's packaging materials)
3.4 Turn on the vacuum pump switch to "vacuum pump on" in the touch screen.
3.5 Note that when no one is operating in the machine working area where the machine
is running, press the inching button to turn the machine into the working state. Press
the start button after confirming that the machine operates normally. The machine
operates normally.
3.6 After confirming that the machine operates normally, set the blanking weight of
the filling head according to the operating instructions of the touch screen (check the
operation of the filling system manually if necessary), and the machine will carry out the
continuous bag-making process. Start feeding after the machine operates normally.
Machine Adjustment during Bag Size Conversion
1. Appearance of packaging bag
Within the specified size range, the machine can separate various premade
bags for operation, filling and sealing. The sealing forms are various, and the sealing mould can be replaced according to customer requirements.

1. Maintenance
> Clean the machine regularly according to the nature of the products
packaged by the user, according to the 8-hour working system.
> Clean the surface of the hot sealing block with a copper wire brush every day
to keep the tooth surface clean, so that the edge of the bag can be sealed and
flatten.
> Horizontal and vertical sealing joint axis and other rotating shafts to keep
clean, once per shift.
> Clean air system and vacuum system filters regularly.
> Electric control is cleaned once a week.
2. Lubricating

Dust or dirt should be removed before lubrication.
> Most of the rotating parts of the machine are equipped with self-lubricating
bushing, which should be lubricated during daily maintenance.
> Other points required for lubrication pls check the attached to the distribution
of touchpoints (Figure 7-2).
> To ensure the normal operation of the machine, the lubrication interval
provided should be used as a reference, as it also depends on ambient
humidity, dust conditions and corrosion conditions.
> The CAM contact surface is lubricated with oil daily.
> Other points equipped with rolling bearings are refueled weekly, and all kinds
of joint bearings are lubricated weekly.
> The reducer oil is changed once a year.

Common Faults and Troubleshooting

The device is noisy
It is caused by the lack of oil in the lubricating parts of the equipment, or the loosening of the mounting screws

The general situation is that the return spring or tension spring of a cam is broken, which
makes the mechanical action conflict.
Quickly press the emergency stop button, replace the intact spring or tension spring, and
slowly turn the main unit, and then turn it on after troubleshooting
Bag falls on platform
The suction and closing rotation angle of the suction bag cylinder are wrong
Correct the angle of each suction bag cylinder in the touch screen

The bag in the bag slot does not lay flat
