Operation method
Clip adjustment as shown (a total of three groups of six)
Loosen the locking screw and place the wire harness to be machined into the V-shaped groove under the crimping block. After the wire harness is tightened, tighten the screw.
Label installation and commissioning
First install the label to the delivery wheel set as shown below
Note: The label must be passed through the label eye, and the label should be straightened and straightened.
Align the position of the label with the triangular mark of the label's sensor eye, press and hold the button on the eye until the electric eye begins to blink, then align the position of the unlabeled eye with the eye, and press the button to extinguish the blinking light;
Adjust the vacuum template according to the wire diameter reference scale
Maintenance and Maintenance
Heavy pressure is strictly forbidden. Please keep it clean;
Lubricate the machine on schedule
