This machine is manufactured on the basis of semiautomatic capsule counter upon improvement. Vibration head adopts eccentric jigging motion and ultrasilence flexible structure which can realize stepless regulation of eccentric jigging motion frequency. Host machine is driven with variable frequency motor and adopts soft start with wide adjustable range of speed. The parts immediate touching drug are made from stainless steel, which guarantee the packed goods clean and follow the requirement of GMP.

How to operate capsules counting machine:

1. Connect the power supply and make the power light on; turn on the power switch;

2. Adjust the voltage regulator to the appropriate position to make the electromagnetic vibration reach the appropriate intensity;
Turn on the counting disk motor switch and adjust the counting disk speed knob to make the counting disk speed reach the appropriate speed;

3. Put in an appropriate amount of capsules (tablets), and check that there are capsules (tablets) in each counting hole before bottling;

4. When bottling, put the bottle at the capsule (tablet) discharge port, touch the micro switch lightly with your finger or the bottle mouth, and the counting disk rotates to make all the capsules (tablets) fall into the bottle, and then release the micro switch immediately. Note: After all the capsules (tablets) fall, the position of the counting hole is best to stay at the lowest position, and the next group cannot reach the discharge port. At this time, check whether there are capsules (tablets) in the next group. If there are fewer capsules, add them manually.

5. Then enter the next counting work..., and repeat the loading continuously.

Precautions:

1. Do not press the micro switch when the counting hole is not full of capsules or tablets. You can make up manually, otherwise the number of capsules or tablets will be insufficient. If the counting hole is often insufficient, please slow down the speed of the counting plate appropriately to make the counting hole full.
2. Deformed capsules and broken tablets after moisture should not be placed in the machine for counting.
3. The counting plate should not be pressed heavily, otherwise it will not work properly; the hopper of the counting plate should not be lifted when lifting the machine, otherwise the counting plate will loosen and be damaged.
4. The capsules must be completely locked and uniform in length. There must be no unqualified capsules and broken tablets. Do not add too much material.
5. If each bottle is to be filled with hundreds of capsules, it must be an integer multiple of the number of holes in the counting plate. For example: 500 capsules/bottle are required, the number of holes in the counting plate is 100, and the counting plate rotates half a circle once, then 2.5 circles are required for each full bottle.
6. If the machine stops and cannot rotate during use, it is likely that the induction screw on the counting plate is aligned with the proximity switch. Push the counting plate by hand and continue to use it.
7. Do not adjust the voltage of the voltage regulator too high. Too high voltage will not only make the noise louder, but the vibration coil will also burn out easily!

Other things to note:

1. When lifting the machine, do not lift the hopper of the counting plate, otherwise it will damage the machine!

2. About the machine feet: You can install 4 screws, adjust them, and tighten the nuts to use as machine feet
